Returning to normal

Dear Parents and Caregivers

Although it has been a very confusing and challenging start to Term 2, I am very pleased with the way all of our students and teachers have coped with the enforced changes. Students are learning about keeping healthy and safe and are all happily sticking to our new routines. All of our staff have been absolutely professional in their approach to keeping students (and themselves) safe and I would like to thank all of the staff at DPC for the way in which they have handled the challenges.

Our classrooms have returned to a hive of activity, with students actively engaged in their learning. I was very impressed with the stop motion animation I watched from room 3 and there appears to be lots of art and craft activities at the moment. My guess is there may be a few surprises coming home for a certain special day coming up.

I would also like to thank all of our parents who have been very supportive of our new school routines. Thank you for your support.
