Safe Parking

Dear Parents and Carers

You may have noticed that we have placed some bunting in areas at the front of the school to prevent parents from parking in unsafe places. Darren has now planted some native plants to make this more permanent and a bit more attractive. We do ask that parents are mindful of where they park and how this is putting students at risk or adding to traffic flow problems.

Parents are reminded to not double park behind the angled parking bays, this prevents people from exiting these spots.

Please do not park in the bus bay at any time, this is now being used by both the Education Support Centre and the Primary school buses.

If there is no parking in WeeWak Crt or on Laythorne Street, as is often the case from 2.50 - 3.15 please utilise parking on Osborne Rd or Cobham Ave.

If you don’t need to drive to school, please consider walking or riding and parents of older students are encouraged to use the Kiss and Drive at the top of Laythorne Stree.
