Work Package Collection

Dear Parents and Carers

I hope that everyone is keeping well and trying to stay active, both physically and mentally.

Our student work packages will be ready for collection on Monday morning 6 April. Below is a timetable when parents can collect their child’s work. If you have more than one child, you can collect all of your packages at once, but we do ask that parents stick to the timetable to ensure we can maintain correct social distancing.

Please follow these rules on Monday:

  • One person per family to collect pack/s from the front of your classroom

  • Please do not bring students to school

  • Teachers will be out the front of rooms to help, however it is not an opportunity for an in depth conversation about the work - please email if you have any questions

  • Parents are not to enter classrooms or office area

  • Kindergarten packages available from the front of the school library

Time Year Levels

8.30 am Kindergarten A & B and Room 1 (Year 6)

9.00 am Pre Primary 1 & 2 and Year 5 (Room 2 & 5)

9.30 am Year 1 (Room 11 & 12) and Year 4 (Room 4 & 6)

10.00 am Year 2 (Room 9 & 10) and Year 3 (Room 14 & 15)

10.30 am All IEC classes (Room 3, 16, 17, 19, 21)

If parents are unable to collect packs on Monday we will post out later on in the week. For posting purposes we will not be able to post everything that is included (eg headphones, pencil cases etc).

If you haven’t already done so please check your emails or provide your email address to dianella.pc@education.wa.edu.au - this will enable your child’s teacher to provide ongoing support at home.

Our priority is the health and well-being of all of our staff and families along with the ongoing education of all of our students. Thank you for your support and understanding in this challenging situation.
