Reminder P&C AGM

Dear Parents and Carers
A reminder that we will be holding our first Parents and Citizens meeting today from 1pm in the school hall. As well as a general P&C meeting, this will also be our Annual General Meeting - where we will be calling for nominations for all of the P&C executive committee positions. If you are able to come along and support the school to support your children we would love your support.
Please find attached (and below) the agenda for todays meeting.
Kind regards
Anthony Middleton
Principal

7.WACSSO Training and SupportEmail with our area State Councillor Jenny Blair (also is the WACSSO Senior Vice President)-Query as to our membership renewal fee $1029.24 should remain the same this year.

-My feedback to her in regard to relevance and large amount of money spent at the conference I attended as well as the waste produced through T-shirt printing etc.

-Further support for our school in terms of training – hosting training prob more beneficial. Recommend for new committee to do.

-Requested centralised sponsorship support and grant application writing for P&Cs. Not confident to deal with sponsorship proposal writing or approaching businesses for support, very time consuming. Emails to be handed over to new committee to followup.

8.Election of Office Bearers for the remainder of 2022-first term 2023

Anthony Middleton to chair this part of the meeting.
